The only thing on the Sharks roster that'd make a fit is Käkönen, but I don't really see him being moved so soon after arriving.
Maybe Dahlén 1-for-1 could work, idk.
GMTF has said he's not interested in trading for prospects anymore, but I think one of Merkley, Guschin or Bordeleau could be fair value.

I don't really see Sharks and Devils as great trade partners atm though.

I believe the common scenario we have seen has been Zacha plus picks and/or prospects for a scoring winger. There were a number of rumors/speculation

VAN (Zacha+ for Garland or Boeser)
    BOS (DeBrusk)
    EDM (Puljujarvi straight up)
    WAS (unknown)
    MIN (unknown)

Some others I’m sure. With San Jose, it would probably be Zacha+ for Meier, or Labanc+ for Zacha. Hard to envision many other options. Maybe Adn Hill?

New Jersey is going to want way more than he’s worth. I’d stay away.

Got to be a hell of a + for Meier to go the other way.

I could see a Labanc+ trade working out, as long as the + isn't too much.

I’d think the “+” would be close close to the “+” in a Meier swap. Roughly….

    Zacha + X = Meier
    Labanc + X = Zacha
    Labanc + 2X = Meier

So probably in neighborhood of late 1st, early 2nd

See above. The gap between Zacha and Meier is probably similar to gap between Zacha and Labanc. Considering Meier’s contract situation, Zacha is probably closer to Meier if anything.

Or if Sharks were willing to put up a prospect one for one, just going down the list.

    Eklund - duh
    Merkley - yes
    Borderleau - of course
    Gushchin - no
    Robins - maybe
    Weisblatt - probably not
    Coe - probably
    Cardwell - no
Hatakka - maybe if we were moving a LD elsewhere
    Gaudreau - maybe

GMTF said he doesn't want to trade established players for picks. With that being said, a hockey trade trade is more likely. So if the Sharks have any players in a similar situation with similar potential to Zacha that would work
