In this prediction, is he still on the Leafs?

That remains to be seen, but if they don't start winning playoff series soon enough I wouldn't put much money on that bet.

Virtually any team would like to get a player like him. Sadly, not many of them can offer him $15M bucks a year.

howd he do tonight

Alot better than lagesson, that's for sure. He sometimes is too much involved in the offense, but those things develop in a young defenseman. He got 3 shifts in ot, played well offensively and wasn't bad defensively.
Good game for the new hab.

What just happened

If Hoffman banged in the rebound, regardless it would've been counted. So a message for every nhl player: if you're not 1000% sure that it was a clear goal, bang in the puck on the rebound just in case.

Honestly keep Mikheyev with Tavares until the magic disappears. Havent seen him like that since he was with Marner.

Also glad to see 2019-2020 Mikheyev is back. As remember all those rush chances that never turned into anything back in the Canadian division. Now nah its gonna go in unless you go for SOTY

Once Abruzzese joins and Kase is healthy I would experiment with a 3rd line of

Abruzzese-Nylander-Kase

Since now you're about to face BOS in the playoffs bring Douglas in.

Teams with 6'9'' tall player have perfect win record in BOS-TOR series. Just saying.

I'm really interested in getting Isaac Howard with the flames pick, and 1 of Wright / nemec for top pick.
Thoughts?

I went to a Leafs game for the first time tonight, and I never realized before just how much Leafs fans hate Nylander. It is completely insane. For Willy’s sake I really hope he gets traded out of this hellhole.

Ever since he held out for $$$$ some fans have never let him hear the end of it
But then again we seem to like to do this kind of ****

Last year it was Marner

This year it was Ritchie then once he got traded Mrazek, Mrazek starts playing better okay lets just go pick on ****ing Nylander

Yes Nylander needs to be a tad better in his own zone but the way people act its as if hes having a season like Monahan rn. He is a hot and cold player and rn is in his cold snap. He will get out of it

After all if he does what he did last playoffs hes gonna shush the critics up thats for sure.

But yeah idk maybe a trade is best. But it also could come back to bite. As while Keefe is firm with him its a good firm as we know when Nylander is in the zone what he can do at both ends.

Leafs fans seem to like to have scapegoats.

Just saying, we have a slightly used Blake Comeau here and he's perfect for the role.

In return we'd want those future considerations TOR got in exchange to Menell.
