Besides there is nowhere for Wallinder to play here, Grand Rapids is full to the brim.

But do bring over Niederbach too if you're getting his mates over. There's plenty of room for forwards in GR and it'll help them to acclimatize.

We need a 2C and one or two veterans on LD. There's no need to overpay Zadina, we'll make the cap floor easily anyway.

Not saying the Wings should overspend but there are good UFAs that looking for home for maybe their last contract. Not too many teams have cap so no reason why Wings shouldn't be able to snag someone they may like. Trochek, Copp, Kadri, Strome, Gaudreau, you think at least one could find a home in Detroit.

If the cap floor is an issue what are we even doing here. You need to spend extra cash overpay an old dman like Giordano or goligoski on a 1 year deal who can actually help.
