With how he's been producing, that's a damn good deal. Not too long, and at a bargain price.

I thought he was gone for sure with Merrill's extension & the Middleton trade

Hasn't he been a healthy scratch recently? Kind of an odd signing. Thought they'd move on from him.

Decent deal, he seems to be doing well and be a good 4/5 guy, fairly cheap so regression wouldn't cause too much trouble

Dumba working on an extension too (from Russo)

Less and less indications that Fiala will stay at MIN...

AGM with a Fiala trade involved will go to the roof

Why do i keep thinking Goligoski is younger than he is? I keep thinking he's like 31, but no, he's 36.

If there's enough cap space left to re-sign Kevin Fiala, then it's a good signing.

If not, then it isn't a good signing.

Goligoski has shown that he still has something left in the tank. Given how he has played, the cap hit is a bargain. The fact that it has a second year does bother me; because it's a 35+ contract, there is risk if he shows signs of decline next year.

Apparently Dumbas working on an extension too. I doubt Fiala stays. Fiala to Ottawa 👀

I'm surprised how many are so saying "no"

Cap hit it pretty low. It's a pretty buriable contract if he declines.

There probably wasn't cap left for him after Jost. Pretty safe to say Fiala is gone.

Was almost a point per game to start year, fell off alot after that. This has a risk / benefit chance of looking good

He's been scratched for load management, prepping for the playoffs apparently
