So let me make sure I'm understanding this correctly, the Oilers are giving their 2023 1st, Holloway and Broberg for Price with 50% retention?!! Thats terrible for Edmonton if thats what it is.

Price doesn’t have positive value. Even forgetting his contract which is impossible to do. A 35yr old goalie coming off not only a missed season, where he had surgery it had to be re-Hab’d not once but twice, and he spent time in the player assist program is going to return a Jack pot like that? Come on at least let’s see if he plays even 2 games again before these nonsensical trades because nobody is trading for him and his contract right now.
