Minnesota Declines, so does dumba who has a 10 team no trade. Besides our gm according to Minnesota beat writer looking to resign him this summer, Minnesota isn't taking on cap dump, an ahl at best dman in Minnesota's situation with 8 d under contract next year already and bunch of good top d prospects.

I guess i didn't here Russo say anything about re-signing Dumba. I mean wild have Merrill, Goligoski, Brodin, Spurgeon, Kulikov, Dumba, and Addison ready with one more year on his ELC and Middleton is a RFA who will likely fit the Wild salary cap restrictions. So someone has to go.
That said this package isn't going to get it done.

Absolute dumpster take. No reason to be so hyperbolic, Dumba isnt that good/important. Hes not even a good fit for Buffalo

It was buried in this article. But, I don't think it means much - of course Guerin is trying to re-sign Dumba. Think it all depends on price, if Dumba is willing to take a paycut he'll be back. If not, I don't see why Guerin wouldn't trade him.

Minnesota's gm, coaching staff, and teammates who all see the importance, and know the importance of dumba would all say you’re wrong. But hey, on here alot of disrespectful people who know nothing about dumba spew alot of casual about him.
You are allowed to have your opinion, no matter how wrong or disrespectful it's. Minnesota went on a losing streak without dumba, and hechas become a valuable player, important to wild are. To say is dumpster take shows , that you are just dumping on a player you know nothing about. No one said Casey is bad, but he wouldn't make a Minnesota dcore team

This Is the article I am getting it from. Can you tell me if I may be misunderstanding? Hasn't been that way for a while where especially if dumba takes a reduction in cap, he's staying?

Sabres would say the same about Girgensons, speaking of dumping on a player you know nothing about.

This is who you are comparing dumba to , yet want to say something about a player and person of dumba compared to a former 4th line C? Yeah, speaks volumes to everything in terms of how lackluster people speak about dumba like yourself

Agreed. The deal isn't good for Buffalo's situation and Dumba is not worth that package anyway.

Dumba is overrated. He's a punk and a number four at best - Buffalo keeps their pick and Fitz who has been solid this year. Fitzgerald also sticks up for his teammates, something Dumba constantly requires his teammates to do for him.
