Don’t think the Leafs trade Lily, the guy has been great this year. At worst, he’ll develop into a good 2RD but he very well has the potential to be a top pair guy

You’re overpaying for Konecny here. I would rather hang onto Mittelstadt one more year than overpay for his replacement. I think if Mitts is healthy next year he could give us what we hope to get from a player like Konecny for a lot less. The position to pay for in a trade is a top four caliber right side defender.
