Not trying to be mean but i disagree.

1st trade: I think Hamonic is a VERY good player, so not enough if you ask me.
2nd trade: wait, so a top 4 defenseman for a 5th? Okay, i disagree but that's fine.
3rd trade: so a top prospect, a young player who i think has potential, and a 1st rounder, and then a goalie who might not be in the NHL much longer ... all for a backup goalie and a middle-pairing defenseman.

But that's all just my own opinion.

1. I like the first trade; JVR is a solid scoring forward.
2. Yeah, maybe not give away a solid D for nothing. Of course, he could be picked up by Vegas.
3. Trouba is good, but not sure which Hutchinson you'll get. NYI should ask for a pick back

Overall, IDK, the Isles are giving up a 1st, Barzal, and Strome for JVR. Seems risky but could work out.

I love the Hamonic trade, think it's great for both teams. Hickey should stay put as the Isles will need capable d-men. The Jets trade seems too much and doesn't identify Winnipeg's need for a first string goalie IMO.

I respect your opinion Rags & Isles fan and enjoy your posts on here.
Trade 1 - I like Hamonic and the only reason I trade him here is because I think it was equal value for JVR. The Isles are going to lose a D in expansion. By trading Hamonic or DeHaan prior to the draft they at least get some value back. I agree with the others who posted a reply. Isles need a RW not a LW. I was hoping to slide Lee to #2 C and was thinking Ho-Sang could fill a top 6 RW slot. JVR and JT would put up some points though.
Trade 2 - Hickey is a bottom pair guy. I made that move for cap room, possibly open a spot to be won by Mayfield, Pulock, or another young D, and to recoup the pick I sent to TOR in JVR deal.
Trade 3 - this is where I really reached but it's all in fun. Halak to WPG for one year gives them steady #1 while easing the pressure on Hellebuyck. Trouba isn't going to come cheap but again, I personally don't think the Isles need him. it was just a deal made to generate some feedback and get rid of Halaks salary

Appreciate all of the feedback from all who replied.
