I think you're $1M too high on Kane but I agree that he'll take a two-year deal to stay in Edmonton.
2 years too long on Puljujarvi and 1 year too long on Yamamoto. Any deal with term for JP sees the AAV starting in the mid-$5M range and for Yamamoto. likely in the low-$4M range. Holland's bad moves in regards to the cap are going to force short-term deals for Edmonton's RFAs.
Likewise, the Kulak deal is 2 years too long and I wouldn't be surprised to see that negotiation go long and result in a one-year deal. All three of Broberg, Niemelainen, and Samorukov are very close to full-time NHL deployment and the organization is going to need some structure to see them brought in year-over-year.
Lavoie is not NHL-ready and I don't think either Benson or Marody are going to sign another contract in Edmonton.
I'm expecting Foegele to be moved (with a mid-pick) for a name like Jesper Fast or Kasperi Kapanen. Some right-handed winger that can bolster the two-way game of this team. The power play doesn't need much else for forwards up front and Foegele has zero PK utility. They need more out of his cap hit.
I think both Kassian and Smith can - and will - be moved. Holland might not be overly creative but it's crucial that it happens. He may get burned trying to offload either deal but the importance of draft picks to this club should be at an all-time low anyways.
