If a downgrade + picks was all that was needed for Debrusk, he wouldn’t be a bruin right now.

No chance DeBrusk gets that much with his extension. He's worth maybe the 3rd tops.

Not trading one of our few RHW and way to much for Debrusk

I doubt Arizona retains on Monahan as they only have so many slots

Like Debrusk but all things considered think we'd be better off with Apples and those picks.

Lol DeBrusk has more goals then Appleton does points this year. Hell Appleton only has 5 more points then DeBrusk does assist.

Pretty sure Kevyn Adams tells you to go F yourself before giving Fitzgerald. If Buffalo decided adding Nick Foligno to the team would be something they want it would be doing Boston a favor to eat that contract. You would be lucky to get Anders Bjork back for him, more likely a fifth or sixth round pick.

I don't know if a 4th is enough to move foligno by himself. I doubt buffalo adds in Fitzgerald as well

The extension raised his value….that’s why they gave it to him. 20+ goal scorers don’t grow on trees bub

Appleton is a 3RW at best. Disregarding last years co-vid season DeBrusk will basically average 20-20-40 over his 4 NHL seasons. None of you will trade a 3rd & 4th to get the significantly better player?

If it's the 4M/season that turns you off, and it shouldn't because that is close to FMV, then paying Lowry 3.25 for the next 4 years for his production must really stick in your craw.

Lowry is a trash hockey player, he's terribly overrated in Jetsland.
