        I am not paying that for Letang, 7 mil sure but on a 3 year contract I don't want to go above that.

        he's clearly not gonna be a "top 6 guy" in a contender team but he can ( and should) play as a complementary on a second line.

        Let's say the contenders right now are CAR, FLA, TBL, COL, NYR, BOS, TOR and CGY. Drouin isn't playing on the second line of any of those teams.

        yeah because teams are done with their shopping but next year i see drouin being a hagel type of guy

        He also won't be a 2nd line guy on any of those type of teams next year.

        Hagel is playing on the 3rd line. And he's been far better than Drouin in the recent past.

        i see killorn, cirreli and hagel as the second line not paul, stamkos and colton. plus hagel would be a top 6 player in most of those teams

        Hagel is a lot better than Drouin, that's the thing. Hagel would play on the 2nd line on a few of those teams, Drouin wouldn't.
