Why would Goodrow waive his NTC for Detroit?

Uhhh ok, considering him, Reaves & Gallant, thanks to Drury, have guided our kids & stars. Complete 180 from last year, now intimidating and controlling tempo of most games, very very steadily all season long. Ya we'll keep him, and the playoffs haven't even started!

Cool tell me how it looks in a few years. You can say whatever you want but without Igor you are a borderline bubble team. I'll pass all day on this overpay for a 3rd liner

I know....Igor scored all 50 of Kreider's goals, all of Mika's points, all of Panarins points, all of Foxes points, and makes their PP one of the best in the league. He is one versatile goalie. But in any case, the Rangers will be happy to keep Goodrow and pass on the 4th round draft pick, and pass on the old man D trade.

Nice come back. Might try your own advice.

Watch a ranger game it's Igor who keeps them in most games

I have seen every one of them. Did Igor win Georgi's 12 wins too?

Sad outsider hot take lol. You can tell "yourself" after a few runs. You can say whatever you want but watching Igor "&" our "finely tuned" bubble machine will continue being awesome. As a 50yr old NYR fan that follows every single move, we've never been so confident in our game since 94szn, from start to finish, up or down, we push our way through and usually win. More so than our more recent glory teams. Heavy swiss army knife playoff warrior "stays all day long". Thanks for your concern though! Also, if you want an outsider rundown of your system just ask. It obviously might be a little skewed yet i wouldn't erroneously butcher it...

Great story, I've watched enough rangers games and follow enough to understand that Goodrow is overpaid for a long term contract and Igor carries the majority of their games. I'll keep saying same thing, you can keep Goodrow and that contract. It would do absolutely nothing for the red wings

Sure, Goodrow couldn't help a team with 66 points in 73 games. Pure silliness.

It's been so long since his last playoff battle, he forgets the Draper's, McCarthy's and doesn't understand Goodrow's importance to our group or his last few runs lol. Lucky for him Stevie Y surely understands this common knowledge lol

This is not a correct statement. It's McCarty, not McCarthy and I do remember that my team won more then 1 cup in 80 years unlike your team though. Goodrow is a 3rd liner who steps up in the playoffs. The red wings are not there at all, so why would we trade for this contract? By the time we are Stanley cup ready he will be on the wrong side of that contract and it would just be an anchor instead. For the rangers it's fine, for the wings it's a cap dump and an albatross of a contract at this time. So hence you can keep that anchor of a contract that may or may not help you, but would definitely not help us even 1%

Igor did it again! Sitting on the bench he earned another win for Georgi, and a 28 save shutout to boot. Yep, Its 100% Igor winning games for the Rangers.
