Who cares about stats? Ferraro is worth more to San Jose than 2nds, maybe even 2 1rsts, because those are just potential players, and we know Ferraro will be a Top 3 D.

I actually agree with you on his value, but that LD side is absolutely awful without him and he's easily the second biggest fan favorite behind Hertl.

I get it that it shouldn’t be taken seriously, but c’mon. Have you read the quotes from the team? He elevates the entire team, they looked so dead when he was out with injury. He’s also had to play with Brent Burns since day 1, not something that will make any defenseman’s stats look good.
