I believe that the Sabre's will be extremely competitive and possibly in contention for a *pause* Playoff spot.

So I'll get right to the point, trading Olofsson hurts optically, but makes sense. Olofsson clearly is talented but it's hard to place him in this lineup with all the younger pieces that are ready next year, compensation makes sense to me 40-50 point guy etc.

Trading for Gurianov checks out cause Dallas needs to sign Robertson and Oettinger. Gurianov is just a cheaper, younger and more gritty version of Olofsson (IMO)

And the big boy Hague, just turn the dagger on Vegas's a full 180 degree's more. To keep him at this price they wouldn't be able to do it without killing there team offence. And giving up only a Second round pick, for the puck movement Hague would bring.

Zadorov brings the size to the backend, good Defense too. Holtby is a stop gap to give Levi development time while doing a tandem with UPL. Trochek gives you a leader and a great center when all the center's are still finding there game.
