I don't see WPG trading a RHD since that is a position they are very weak at.

Garland would be nice, but not at the cost of Pionk.

Pionk might be the odd man out with the Jets D because he is the only guy who doesn't have clauses in his contract to be moved. This package for Pionk is close but the Jets would need a better defenseman coming back. Also a RH shot would be good too.

Is a potential 50 point season a down year? I think it's been a tough transition, he's admitted that, but hard to find his fit.

I think that it has been a tough year for him, hes kinda an odd guy to play with, he has no comperables, but i think he will be figured out by next year and he will do far better

Jett Woo?

At the beginning of the season I would say yes. But from watching Jett Woo play for the Abby Canucks it seems like he might be another Olli Juolevi. A lot of upside coming out of junior and flopped big time professionally. He is only 21 so taking a shot for him I would be interested in but there would have to be a 2nd or 3rd round pick included.

I agree that Garland is worth holding on to. He draws a lot of penalties without taking many himself, he's great in the corners, an underrated playmaker, and I think he could do very well in Boeser's spot on the first powerplay unit. I think that spot might be open next year.
