There will be other moves, but considering PHI had their 1st and 2nd line centers for less than half a season and their 1RD for 4 games, and have brought up York, Tippett, Brink, Allison and Zamula, and 3 new UFAs, thats more than half the team in 21-22 that werent there in 20-21. SO its a pretty large turnover

(Normally I would have proposed moving either Couterier or Hayes, but thought I'd look at less moves)

Turnover doesnt mean a rebuild
