Nope. That pick was made out of turn so it didn't count. It's not a mistake or your phone.

How does creating players work? Do I just post the created player along with other RFA's that I have in the RFA thread? Never created players, I have Joseph Woll who is an unsigned prospect and want to sign him without creating a mess here

There are rules for that in the Info thread.
$900,250 is the ELC contract amount for unsigned players you currently own only. Read the rules to make sure, I don't have them open right now.

Dallas wants someone to make his pick for him using his preference list in his team thread apparently. We specifically said no preference lists by name for the 2nd round, but have also been allowing people to submit names to the BOG to make their selection for them (as long as they understand it is still at their own risk and they may not get that player), so I'm assuming it's okay if I give him one of the players he wants? (Also assuming I'm available to make his pick).

I'm not a BOG, but it couldn't hurt to start setting up a team and making sure everything is accurate so you'll be prepared for when/if you get the position. Just don't publish it until you know or you'll probably get random spam from outside the GM Game.

I've made up the team and it appears to match up.

Just need to wait for the BOG to confirm your posting then.

Nope. You have to follow the schedule on your own. I did give you a 40 minute warning just in case you might have forgotten though.
