Nemec would be a great starting piece for a retool. You guys should definitely get assets for Konecny and Provorov this summer though.

Why? They're only 25 and can be a big part of turning things around quickly. The Flyers are not as bad as their record indicates. They've just been very unhealthy. They lacked a 3rd line center entering this season along with defensive depth. Injuries to Couturier and Hayes decimated them at center and the injury to Ellis crushed their defense. Not many teams would be successful if they lost their top 2 centers and best defenseman for most of the season.
