If Jiricek is available I would assume the sabres take him. Pick 16 is the sabres as well...who you got there?

Prolly Jonathon lekkerimaki. I didn’t really look at him much but I think he’s a solid winger

I personally think Montreal would pick Savoie in this scenario, and get their 2c. Seattle would then pick Nemec instead of Kemell. I could be wrong, but I see Montreal going for a forward. Either pick is good for them though!

If you told me going into this draft that Buffalo would come away with Jiricek and Letterimaki I would have assumed they made a trade to move up. I would be pretty happy with that.

the thought was that Montreal has Canfield and suzuki, and not a lot of good d prospects. I’m remembering now they have mailloux norlinder and Romanov

Don’t forget about Barron, Harris, Guhle as well. They could benefit from a good defence man to drive that defence, but a 2c would be better and that’s why I think they should get Savoie if they don’t get a top 2 pick. Nemec in Seattle makes a ton of sense too! They need a fast RHD to play in that first pair. They desperately need a guy to drive that defence. A Oleksiak, Nemec top pair could be pretty good in the future. I believe Montreal needs a lot.. but starting at a 2c doesn’t hurt I don’t think. Now for Kemell, he is good, but he’s strictly a winger. I’ve never seen him play that centre position, and seeing where Guenther was picked, I believe Kemell will get picked around there too. Anaheim could benefit from having a guy like Kemell.. I wonder if they hope he drops to their pick.

I'd hope the Isles grab him at #12 instead of Kasper if Lekkerimaki is still available. He feels like the guy who everyone's underrating.

Brad Lambert would be a steal for the Jets. He'd be a great winger on a future line with Dubois and Ehlers or Perfetti and Connor.
