I mean, I wouldn't want the Petry contract, but GM's do weird things so I'm not going to set myself up to look dumb in a month tears of joy

Drouin-Myers is a weird one...I think both teams would decline, tbh. Nashville is going to push to re-sign Forsberg, and they can just dump Myers in the minors if needed, and you guys don't really need him aside from the fact that he's a RD.

Yeah, Ducks say no fo sho.

Honestly, I couldn't really say...It seems to be a yearly occurence that a young, under utilized Duck is rumored to be moved (Terry last year), but it just doesn't seem like the time to do it, unless it's in a package to upgrade. Heck, he's probably not worth a 1st and 3rd at this point, but I'd imagine that Anaheim will look to better utilize him next season, given that he won't have had mid-season hand surgery, which (IMO) was likely the cause of the decline in production. Seemed to hold off on shooting the puck regularly.

I agree with the decline of the first one. Why would Montreal trade Petry for Khudobin? If the Habs wanted him they could claimed him off Waivers back in December for nothing. People talk about Petry like he is washed up, it is like Pierre Lebrun said, Petry didn't just wake up one morning and forget how to play hockey. Family issues, Covid, not getting along with the coach all lead to Petry's lack of performance early in season. Since MSL took over, Petry has 20 pts in 28 games and is like a -2. The guy can still skate, still shoot, work a PP and PK, and how he played in Playoffs last season, he is totally worth more than this trade.
As for the second trade, I believe Drouin has talent and skill, and MAYBE the right coach brings it out of him. I dont see much of a return for him, seeing how he is a UFA end of next season, I see him more of a Tatar type deal, more of a throw in.
The 3rd deal you think Comtois is worth more than that? the guy was a late 2nd rounder himself who hasn't really lit the lamp that much, he has potential yes, but so could another 2nd round pick, maybe even moreso.
