Continuing my "tradition" of uploading the rankings for a month a few days before the month starts lol.

(Didn't include Miroshnichenko, too hard to rank.)

(I mentioned everyone I could remotely remember being at least somewhat active in the Prospect Discussion Thread + BruinsFan35 because he's basically the CF GOAT when it comes to the draft.)

Looks good, I'd have Seamus Casey around the 15 range but other than that, it looks good

I'd kinda expect Kulich to go bit higher.

He's been terrific in these U18 Championships.

Other than that this looks pretty good to me.

Great list dude. Again never going to nit pick anyone’s rankings since, who the fukc can see into the future. We like who we like.

Love seeing Firkus in the 1st round. I’ve got him there too. Also Dumais is going to be a great pick, like seeing him there. I could also see possibly Goyette, Beck, and Kulich (you know my thoughts on him lol) getting into the 1st also.

I’d be surprised to Rinzel or Ingram making it to the 3rd round but if they do that will be a steal for some team getting either one.

I am not as high on Nelson, Bichsel, Korchinski, but can totally see why NHL teams might be.

Nicely done 👍

From what I hear, Pickering would be a nice first round pick by the leafs.

Would be justified. Don't see quite as much in his game as others and I think he has a long and bumpy road ahead of him. Could be an interesting project for a team with multiple high picks.

I'm just gonna quote myself from yesterday and my reasoning for not having him there:

"If anyone takes Kulich at 15, they had him that high (or slightly lower) before the U18s. He played great but 4 games shouldn't completely change your view of the player (which is also why I don't have Slafkovsky as high as others). Another example would be McTavish. He had a great U18 tournament which definitely made his stock raise among the fans and media. But Madden and the Ducks' scouting department probably had him very high on their draft board before that."

(Context: aadoyle said he thinks he could go as high as 15 because of his U18s and I explained why I don't think his tournament performance will have that much of an impact.)

He could definitely go higher. But if it happens, I doubt it's because of Kulich's U18 tournament.

I think some teams could be hesitant to pick Rinzel since he mostly played high-school Hockey this season. But he and Ingram could definitely go higher.

I really like Bichsel and I think he gets underrated quite a bit. There are some question marks surrounding him, but every prospect has those. Has #3 D-man upside.

I'd consider him going around 25th pick or so.

Yup me to. Somewhere between 25 - 32. I will be very surprised if he is not selected in the 1st round. Would be very happy if he was selected by the Leafs

He could move back into the 1st round on my board as well. During the season I saw a lot of other players making significant steps forward and moved them above him and he fell out of the 1st as time went by.

Good draft.

If Chesley falls to #23, I'd hope Devils move up to grab him.

Matthew Morden and Michael Fisher probably make top-75 as well.

I don't think U18's will propel him as much as Klimovich last year (Kulich is probably starting out a lot higher).
But I think he will end up in similar draft spot (early-mid 2nd)

Detroit's not drafting wingers, Yzerman will take one of Geekie, Lambert or Nazar.

I'm hoping for Lambert, Gauthier or even Geekie.

Much as I hate to say it, it's time to start rooting for Edmonton to beat Calgary in the divisional finals.

I think he could go that low or lower because some will focus too much on his lack of production this year. Not saying that would be justified, he could go as high as 16-18 and that would be a good pick. I see the players ahead of him as a bit better, but not by a lot. The 16 to 24 range is very close imo.

The guys in that range are all very close in my mind, we could definitely see some steals there.

What? This is titled "MAY DRAFT RANKINGS (TOP 75)", this isn't a Mock Draft.
