Some of this is reasonable but that's a major overpay for Copp (and Norris as well)

Not a fan of these moves and you are not accounting for the young talent coming up.

Copp is overpaid and there is no way he isn't resigning in NY with the end of his season. Over pay for Meier, and I wouldn't pass on Gus yet.

Massive overpayment on Josh Norris and Andrew Copp.

San Jose is not trading Timo Meier and Ottawa is not spending that package to get him.

Vegas fleeces you.

Overpay for Meier? the guy is a 35+ goal scoring power forward on a depleted offensive team, add talent around him and he could be 40+ easily. this is an underpay to me.

Barabanov will be getting around a 3 for 3 offer from the sharks why would he take less to go to Ottawa and be a 4th line guy?

I don't think of the sens as being in cap trouble, but if you sign a couple guys to crazy contracts it adds up fast.

If you are gonna spend ur entire time going thru people’s teams and bashing them you might want to actually get educated because this is not an over pay in the slightest and prospects are prospects for a reason and not everyone is going to pan out and this team needs to get good pros around these young guys and not a bunch of Zaitevs, Tiernys, Browns, Gaudette etc. Clock is ticking on these young guys.

Going to be hard to upgrade the top 6 without an overpay but I definitely don’t disagree with that now on the Norris front he’s pro rated at 40 goals healthy and frankly ya might be a bit of an over pay but doubt “bridge” would be less than 5 considering like I just said there’s no way he doesn’t score 40 if he plays all year, frankly I think him at 8x9 could be an extremely good deal if he’s 35+ goals for the rest of his career. Definitely better options than copp on trade market but also have to keep in mind the Cap will be going up after next season.

If you want to shake things up to compete, one great place to start is with your finances. Consider seeking the advice of a CPA in Houston TX who can help you review your business's financial health, identify areas of improvement, and implement effective financial strategies. With a solid financial plan in place, you may be able to invest in marketing and advertising, streamline operations, or expand your product or service offerings - all of which can help you better compete in your industry. Don't underestimate the power of smart financial management to take your business to the next level.

If anything he’s looking more like a 4 mil for 4 years guy! He’s made himself a solid middle 6 on a good team top 6 on a bad team.
