I don’t think PLD wants to play in WPG
It seems pretty clear he wants to play for MTL

Us Kings fans have said repeatedly that Dillon isn't the guy we are after. Even if he was, he wouldn't return Grans and a good pick.

There are plenty of other --better-- players the Kings could include Grans in a package for.

Appleton should get about half that, he's done nothing since being acquired from Seattle.

I like Svech but that's a bit much, $1.5M would be the most he's getting I'm guessing.

Kings fans have rejected that Dillon trade multiple times already so should send him elsewhere, personally I think he should be kept.

Isles fans will reject that, not sure about the Tampa trade.

Agreed… Apples and Svech should get around 1.25m AAV until they prove they deserve more.

I’d do that TBL trade if it was in the table… though Cernak will definitely cost more than DeMelo

I think the Dillon trade is just an easy place to send him as it’s been offered so many times… I know I have trouble thinking of a landing spot for him.

I don’t see NYI moving Pulock, but if they would, I’d hope we were all over it

Man, are the jet fans ever going to be disappointed with their returns. Almost as bad as MTL and VAN hopefuls

Most Van Hopefuls aren't that unrealistic, just a few uneducated fools are

LA makes the most sense... If you look back the LAK had scouts at every Jets game leading up the TDL and vice-versa, so they must have been interested in someone and I think that it was Dillon. David Patagonia also said a day before the TDL that Copp, Stastny, and Dillon's were the main names out on the trade market for the Jets, and the only one that makes sense for LA is Dillon. The Kings already have depth at forward, especially center, but they don't have a lot of depth at LD. I think that a Dillon to LA trade will happen this offseason.

Isles don't need more centers and we aren't breaking up arguably the top d-pair in the NHL

This is even worse than the Dillon-for-Grans-and-a-fourth silliness we saw earlier this week. We could re-sign Alex Edler for less than Brenden Dillon's cap hit, and we would probably get the same results without having to expend assets to acquire Dillon. And we certainly wouldn't exchange Helge Grans for Dillon. We probably wouldn't even exchange a second-round draft pick for Dillon.

Pulock>scheifele
Beau>schmidt
3rd>4th
This is an easy isles decline. Plus the fact that we would be creating a hole to... not fill another? Scheifele is the wrong guy and tbch i doubt isles have any interest in him. If you want pulock its either ehlers or connor

Why do Jets fans think of DeMelo as some kind of a bum? His even strength defense is in the league's TOP 10, he is a great defensive dmen signed to a decent contract, plus RH. I don't get these trades at all

Bro calm tf down. I was just trying to spark some discussion about the top d pairs in the nhl. No need to get all worked up about it.

lol I am calm - I'm just saying there is no way either guy gets moved unless it's for something ridiculous. I also thought that was a troll on "Isles got nothing for Toews yada yada"
