Leafs match that without hesitation. I don't think they would hesitate to match anything up to 5.5

What has Sandin done to deserve 3+mill and offer sheet consideration. He hasn't even played his way into being and everyday NHL player. I really like him and his potential but every NHL team has prospects like this.

I don't think Sandin is offer eligible due to his lack of games played in the NHL in the last two seasons. An expiring ELC does not mean offer sheet eligible.

Both aren't classified as 10.2s searching on capfriendly. Either way leafs match any offersheet unless it's really absurd. Plus a player need to accept the offersheet to begin with

He's not 10.2s status, So he's eligible. Anyways the Leafs easily match that offer sheet.
