I’m not too familiar with the prospects in the Tampa deal. Can you explain about them please like position and upside?

TB doesn't do runt blueliners 168LB's really? When Bogo is the shortest @ 6'1" and Rutta is the lightest @205lbs
You're also expecting TB to wait until next year for a protected pick Bhahaha

Wild decline. Value is pretty underwhelming and it's exclusively quantity over quality.

Zadina has basically been a 30 point player in parts of 4 seasons in the NHL so far, Suter maybe looking like a 35-40 point guy going forward. Those two dudes & two late-2nd rounders are going to be very easily beaten by another team looking to get Fiala's RFA rights.

What was the first thing Yzerman said in his first press conference as the Wings GM?

Wallinder was taken with the 1st pick in the 2nd round in 2020. He is 6'4, 190lbs and just won best U20 player in the SHL. He does need to fill out slightly but should be playing in Detroit's top 4 by 2023/2024. Mazur just won the National Championship with Denver, was a 3rd rounder last year and put up a point per game in his rookie year in college. Both projecting to be full time NHLers in the next few years. Probably an overpayment from Detroit but I think the deal would work for both teams.

That he is in love with Sergachev and will trade whatever it takes to get him back.

Honestly a lot of cup winners have had d men that are typically of the bigger variety. Games become more physical and they’re less likely to be worn down over the course of a playoff run compared to someone who is smaller.
