top line tremendous Fix

Created by: zackvillani
Team: 2022-23 New York Islanders
Initial Creation Date: May 2, 2022
Published: May 2, 2022
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Barzy needs to be with a player who supports his athleticism. Scheifele and Debrincat will defiantly be able to help eachother into becoming one of the top lines in the NHL with ease.

Martin is old and ross is perfect replacement

Varly needs to go for cap reasons even though I know Lou won't trade him we just shouldn't be spending that much on him.

I know im gonna get every blackhawks fan in here yelling at me but these are just IDEAS chill out please.

Reilly will help dobson solid second pair with mayfeild and Greene/salo on the third line Greene getting more games than salo.

jarnkrok is a good fit for the JGP Parise line or the Nelson Lee line. He is cheap and can play on both lines.

How are you going to resign Debrincat and barzy you ask, TRADES!!!! We will trade palms becasue hes getting old and maybe JGP for cap reasons.

Please point me in the direction of whomever suggested that trade for Scheifele, so we can revoke his slurpee pass.

Jets decline (I would hope).

Edit: Add Pulock and their slurpee pass will be re-instated smile

Not a chance the Jets look at that. Bailey is nice and all, but not in Scheifele's value tier.

So I looked up Beauvillier and Walhstrom.

Here's what I found on Beauvillier:
Quoting: Matt
Now at age 24, with over 400 games of experience in the NHL we should in theory know what to expect from Beauvillier but the unfortunate reality of the situation is that we still have no idea which version of him we are going to get on a season to season basis. This year, with just 12 goals and 33 points he's left a lot to be desired.

Wahlstrom I was familiar with, but noted that Scott Wheeler at the Athletic projects him as "middle of the lineup player."

The Islanders pick 13th this year, and are certainly knocking on the playoff door if they picked up the guys in your plan, so next year's pick might be in the 20s?

Chicago got two first rounders and Raddysh in the Hagel deal; this is not a significantly better return, yet DeBrincat is a significantly better player. Pass.

I understand debrincat is better. That's why he is apart of a "package" for debrincat
