I get the taxes aspect but why don’t more players sign in San Jose or Anaheim. Great places to live in

Oh ok that makes sense. If I was a player , I’ll take Dallas tho all day. You get cheap homes, no taxes , good weather

Guess each player has different preference. I think Florida or Tampa is really the best place to play if that's all you want to do. If you want to build a brand, Toronto, Montreal, or NY Rangers is where I'd go.

Dubas has to tread this water carefully as any trade he makes has to make this team better. Can't be 50/50 it needs to be 100% guaranteed

This team is on the verge of something big and honestly with the season they had despite tough goaltending at times they showed huge growth. Getting Tampa in the first round ducked but they showed resilience in that series. There is still some tinkering to do but if the big 4 and Rielly continue to grow I got a feeling their time is coming. Heck could have been now if Kerfoot kept his stick down but it is what it is


But how long can it be like this? You can’t keep running the same team over and over again and expecting them to get it. Could it happen? Yes, but if you keep the same team and they lose it’s a disaster. If the team is changed up at least you know management made a strong effort to improve the team.

I’d probably stay in Western Canada personally, but I understand why most people wouldn’t want to sign in Western Canada lol.

Vancouver is nice tho . Calgary is decent . I don’t like Edmonton

That's why you got to tread carefully maybe the solution is in free agency. Maybe it's through a trade. Or maybe it's not the players but the coach or GM

We just got to wait and see as maybe the solution is more simple then just going with the blow up idea that people immediately rush to

I guess its because of the direction

Where are they going

Like if this was the 2010-2017 Sharks or Ducks players would be flocking to them

But now they are on the verge of or starting their rebuilds

Earl Schwartz basically made a better version of what I have been saying about them this year even after the loss.

Kind of excited to see what they do as they are so close to something. They just need to tread the waters carefully as one wrong move any any progress that was made will be out the door and we will be further back than square one.

No doubt Tampa was a brutal draw. But, the Bolts didn't exactly play a great series either. Inn fact, they were pretty bad most of the time.
