CHI is probably better off getting whatever picks they can get for Kubalik rather than an expiring contract.

At this point, I'd rather keep Kerfoot anyways.

No thanks to Kessel and Subban.

You can save some money (and a draft pick) but not OS'ing Geekie, putting Kampf back into his 3C spot and paying someone minimum wage to play that 4C spot.

Helm and Braun at a million each to be press box seat warmers seems like a waste.

CHI preference would be for futures though I'm an admirer of Kerfoot but unlikely to see us pursue a move like this.
