LA isn't going to give up either of their young LHD in a trade. They need more LHD, not just an upgrade.

stop trading chabot, he’s not available

and all of those assets are worth far more than rasmussen, that’s horrendous

Chabot had a great season and now three good seasons his contract is 8mil which seems fair but certainly not cap friendly like Chychrun's 4.6mil contract - I'm against most of these super complicated trades - a Chabot for 2022 1st and 2nd and a 2023 1st and 4th seems about right.

You need players and prospects as well however. Draft picks are unpredictable

Pick better, prospects are also unpredictable "Byfield", sometimes players outplay expectations "DANAULT" - one thing with draft picks is no one is going to stick you with a problem you didn't know about, if a pick doesn't turn out that's on you.

First, Chabot is NOT available. Even if he was, it would be for very few players and not for a quantity package. But let's still play
Second, that 2022 LAK first is 19th OA so not an enticing piece enough

Then, for Connor Brown alone, it would at least take :

2022 1st round pick (LAK)
2022 2nd round pick (LAK)

Not terrible but still not enough for 25 y/o Chabot. Also not the players I'd be looking for

Anderson, Michael
Turcotte, Alex
Spence, Jordan
Moore, Trevor

I haven't checked ACGMs recently but was there a WORSE offer than that? tears of joy

And yeah lol at that Rasmussen trade

Zub >>>> Rasmussen
Formenton >>> Rasmussen

2022 3rd round pick (OTT) : I wouldn't even do it because there is ZERO need for Rasmussen

I see that nothing has changed lol, it's crazy how random fans have no idea of players value

Wings pass, ras made huge strides this season and Looks to be rounding out his game, he's versatile playing up and down the lineup as well as wing and C. Trade doesn't help them get better

Wait... did I really read that correctly?

lol this might be the most delusional comment I have ever seen.

Everytime you have a new top delusional comment, it eventually gets topped. Surrealistic. I mean, ghosts are way more realistic to me.

@Alfie11don't miss this, I can't stop laughing lol

Do you have any idea of who Artem Zub and Alex Formenton are?

Detroit would JUMP on this like crazy if any of them was offered for Rasmussen, nevermind both of them.

I am talking about the real world, of course.

Pass all day. You can keep the 3rd liner and 6D, we have better players coming up from the draft while Ras can stay in the bottom 6 doing what he does. But keep going on about your superior team and players that haven't done anything. I'll just keep living rent free in your head

lol yeah. There is no way Ottawa makes this trade, but if they do, Detroit takes it and runs. I like how Ras is developing, but there are too many good pieces coming back.
