Getting tougher

Description
Pay no attention to the values of the trades. I am not a GM of any sorts. These are just the players i would target if I could. I don't need all the comments about Buffalo won't trade this guy or Detroit won't give up a 3rd. I seriously don't care about any of that. I just had to put something. This is just my perspective on who may need to go and who we should look at bringing in. Beagle is an absolute wild card signing. He is old, but if the Jets wanted to give Gus and Barron 1 more year in the AHL. He would be a good guy to fill in and possibly help the PK.

There is absolutely nothing Comrie did this year that shows the Jets should get a replacement for him as a backup to Helle.

So if Helle leaves in 2 years you are 100% confident in Comrie as the starter?

Only my opinion, but we have Comrie, Berdin and Holm as potential replacements for Helle if he leaves in 2 years. I am not confident in that group and I do not believe that we will be able to sign a top tier starting goalie in free agency. Buffalo has 3 really good prospects potentially, all which could be starters in this league. This is all just in place to be a safety net if Helle leaves.

Detroit likes Logan Stanley better... But accepts IF pick is conditional on him being healthy games played & jets eat a little CHUNK of his cap
