Trades
1.

  1. Schenn, Brayden
  2. 2023 3rd round pick (STL)
Additional Details:
Wings get a much better 2C than Suter, to fill the gap until they can develop one of their own.
STL
  1. Hronek, Filip
Additional Details:

EDM
  1. Erne, Adam
Additional Details:
Oilers need grindy depth, and Erne has played out his time in Detroit.

  2. 2024 3rd round pick (PIT)
PIT
  1. Suter, Pius

Wings adding Schenn pushes Suter out, and need to make room for Berggren.

I was flipping through rosters and schenn being moved is a possibility. He probably gets a good return I'm not sure that's it but I'd kick the tires on him. His Ntc is an issue though.

EDM doesn't need grindy depth, let alone at 2.1mil for a 4th liner. Easy pass.

Don't think the Blues trade Schenn and he has a NTC. Don't think Hronek the blues would target

Blues say no
Hronek is good but would be a 3rd pairing guy here
Give us a top 4 LD and maybe a Schenn trade could work

I don’t think DET has the assets for him
We need a top 4 LD which Detroit doesn’t really have
And maybe a first but idk if Detroit would want to give up a first in the next 2 years for him
Lastly maybe evidsson is the only guy I see that could be a main price coming back but again idk if det moves him

Blues need top LD in the return. Nothing against Hronek, just doesn't fulfill a team need.

Erne is a cap dump. Edmonton isn't in the business of taking cap dumps - that falls to crap teams like Detroit. You've got this backwards.

Like schenn game.. But Wings are NOT trading our young players for older players..listen to yzerman press conference few days ago at seasons end..he says exactly that.. Keeping our young ones 26 & younger unless we get similar young core aged player in return. Like vrana 4 Mantha as example
