Canes don’t need Dadonov or Dowling. Garland is a piece the Canes might like, especially if half retained.

Doubt the Canucks would retain any salary on Garland if they do decide to trade him. It would have to be a massive return to justify retaining for that long on an already more than fair contract

Don’t think it will take much if anything to dump Dadonov. Yes he’s overpaid but he’s still providing points. I think a team will offer a mid round pick and a lesser prospect for him.

I do have a feeling Vancouver will offer sheet Roy however.

Rather keep Roy than trying someone new like Lammikko. Value isn’t there either
