    I'd rather bring Mike Milbury back behind the bench then Joel Quenneville. I can't see Lou being the type of guy to hire Quenneville either.

    It feels hard to say anything -confidently- about Lou after today's move, but if there's anything I can feel safe in, it's that he still hates giving the media anything at all to talk about. Firing Barry to hire Quenneville would be like red meat to the NY media, so I feel like he doesn't make that move, if only for that one reason.

    I think NYI should be interested in Kane. I just don't know that they have the assets to get it done

    Doubtful either Patrick Kane or Alec Martinez waive for the Islanders. If Martinez is moved he probably heads home to Detroit not high taxed New York.
