Pretty realistic and probably finishes with a better record than this year's team.

Only note I have is I still have a feeling that you can throw Bailey out there offering full ($2.5M) retention and get someone to bite. Retention and buyout are basically the same cost for 2022-23/23-24, and saves you about $1.1M the 2 years after. Even if it just gets a 4th rounder back, I'd try and go that route before buying him out as a last resort.

I would explore that option regarding Bailey , I’m just not sure which team would be interested.
