Depends on the direction you want to take the Kraken. They aren’t a playoff team and they have some decent veterans with term that could be flopped for picks. I’m not sure Ottawa would care much about moving up when they believe they are on the cusp of a break through. Maybe the Kraken should send Eberle, Schwartz, Gourde to Ottawa for picks instead??
