Description

Sharks may look to target a top 4 LD man.. like a Sanheim.. or similar numbers and +/- rating / age. They could spend anywhere from 4M-6M.

Sharks select 1st rounders- Nazar 2022 draft and Heidt 2023 draft both top 15 picks.

Eklund will be a 60-70 point scorer in the NHL soon. Bordeleau, Coe, Robins will all be NHL ready.

If Karlsson can stay healthy he can secure ~50 points per season and help the young guys pick up points by getting back his puck moving abilities and confidence.

Hertl & Meier have yet to hit their peak, I believe both will secure 90+ point seasons soon enough.

Couture & Burns will be good for 50-60 points. Labanc if healthy is a good PP specialist, 40 point guy.

Sharks either sign Dahlen/Balcers between 1.5-2.5M contacts or they let them go to FA. Merkley & Knyzhov will develop their games defensively as they get older.

Goaltending is really up in the air as to who will be the #1 but at-least the Sharks are young in that area and have some promising options.

If the 2023/24 lineup can look anywhere similar to this I really like the Sharks youth and ability to get back into the playoff mix.

I really hope that Hatakka, Kniazev, Weisblatt and gushchin make impacts by this time or at least get some games

Oh we all know he’s capable of it, problem is he can never stay healthy for a full 82. Or even 70 games a season. It’s unfortunate.
