What don't devils fans get, FOWLER IS NOT BEING TRADED FOR A BUNCH OF PICKS AND A DEFENSEMEN. The ducks have 10+ capable defensemen if they are healthy, they don't need another one.

Fowler would be a great addition to the team (or any other top d-man). Through free agency I think that Shero will pursue a UFA top 4 d-man such as Shattenkirk or Alzner.

You guys don't need D, you need a scoring LW if I'm correct.
I would assume that and some ExExempt players/picks would be the only thing your looking at for fowler
