Can’t wait to see the Leafs lose game 7 again, my bracket’s looking so good right now, can’t have Toronto ruin it. The memes are always amazing too

im 3 for 3 so far. not feeling too confident about some of the picks tho

I’m also 3/3 ( with 2 correct games length ) but some are tough. I have Tampa winning the cup and if you just looked at Toronto’s play forgetting they’re the Leafs, you’d be heavily concerned Tampa might lose. I had Canes and Pens winning, not sure what happened to the Canes, Pens are missing an actual NHL goaltender and Sid so we’ll see, then, you have the Oilers and Flames where the Flames have had their annual playoff collapse and Edmonton had their annual “top heavy teams are good in the regular season but you need depth to win the playoffs crisis”

Toronto lost all momentum so everything is going against them and we'll see how well that turns out. I had Canes winning, and they truly suck on the road lol, but coming home it could end up very different. Pens are missing a lot but apparently Jarry, Crosby, and Rakell could all be coming back. Which is only going to benefit. Flames (pun intended) flame out every playoffs. Oilers are so inexperienced that a team with more depth and a goalie who hasn't played like this since 2017-18 is going to be the key reason Oilers get knocked out. But as always Oilers try to get the job done with streaky and at most average goaltenders. In Mike Smith's case yeah maybe about 10 years ago was he good enough for a really deep run, but now is definitely not.

I just realized Bear has not played a single playoff game for CAR and is scratched again. Is this a depth issue, doesn’t fit in with CAR systems, or just not really good?

Will the Leafs shatter their “glass ceiling”? Will the Oilers once and for all kill the Kings? Will the Canes be thankful for home ice?

Or…

Will Toronto slam their head into a wall.. again…?
Will the Oilers have a nuclear meltdown?
Will the Bruins win as under dogs?

I’d love to see the most chaos but I’m going:

Leafs 6-4 regulation - Matthews with 2 and Marner with 2.
Edmonton 7-0 - Leon hat trick.
Boston 3-2 in overtime. Marchand game winner.

But I picked Tampa to win in my brackets and I’d love to see the aftermath.

He just fell out of favor with Rod and the coaching staff

0-2 and, I think, .882 actually, but after tonight the stat might be right, Leafs just need to show some killer instinct.
