Description
out of the 3 LHD's i think sergachev is the most likely to be moved, hedman is definitely not being traded, mcdonagh though has been very very good for tampa i think his contract term holds back the chance of him being moved.

LA is in major need of a top 4 LHD dman but what they do have is plenty of RHD's, Durzi could be a very solid offensive dman for tampa.
I would project LA to run a Dcore of
Anderson - Doughty
Sergachev - Roy
Bjornfot - Clarke/Faber/Grans whoever develops the most over the offseason

Tampa has to decide between killorn and palat as they don't need both and i think tampa leans more towards their loyalty for palat

i think it would be smart for tampa to parter up 2 vets with a young player to allow more development
they should do what toronto did with bunting and try to get the most out of hagel by playing him with stammer and kuch i think that is where he would obviously produce the most and also be able to develop more and become a core piece for them to build around

Interesting package but I think the Kings will be going more after Chychrun and oppose to trades that move Durzi until it is clear who our best RD are.

I like this idea because I don't think Arizona should be trading Chychrun and thereby surrendering any hope of being relevant this decade.

i just think Arizona's asking price for chychrun will be ridiculous, i also just think they won't be losing out much by trading durzi as he will most likely be their 3rd pair guy anyways as Roy proved he was LA's best dman this season and doughty already brings the top tier offence they want from the D, plus just having the depth of clarke and faber who i believe have higher ceilings anyways and then grans who also seems like he will be a solid dman one day makes not to hard of call to trade durzi.

I think sergachev would also just be a good option as his game is somewhat similiar to that of slava voynov's, a solid 2 way dman that plays a physical game and produces above average on the stat sheet, sergachev also has the extra size advantage aswell being 6'3. He also fits their time line well as he is just about to turn 24 and if LA doesn't win in the next few seasons , he will still be apart of their core when they make more runs when he is around 29-30 once byfield, turcotte, clarke, etc are all fully developed nhl players

Tampa declines. Kupari and the 2nds don't move the needle much, and if JBB was taking offers, this would easily get beat. Even if Tampa settled for Durzi as the RD coming back, the rest of the package would need to look a whole lot better than 2 mid to late 2nds and Kupari. Maybe a 1st this year+at least one of Chromiak or Turcotte keeps Tampa intrigued.
