What if Crosby went to COL

Description
Highly doubtful PIT actually cleans house but let's pretend Malkin, Letang and Rust walk and things get interesting. Does COL do this? Does PIT require more? I was thinking maybe another 1st, especially considering retention also involved.

Girard deal is to create more ice time for Byram to pop off and gives a little more wiggle room for extensions next year. Figured he'd be a cap casualty at some point, so why not now before cap gets tighter and leverage is gone? If not dealt now, Byram could get offer sheeted.

Imagine playoff Mackinnon, Crosby and Makar together.

Remember not to take yourself too seriously.

I don’t really think Kadri should be much of an option for them. It’s either you get the upgrade in someone like Crosby (involving Newhook) or you give that ice time to Newhook. It’s about time he takes that leap either in COL or somewhere else.
