Description

This team is stacked full of potential and room for growth. With enough cap space and older contracts falling off over the next two years, they can easily keep the RFA's paid and onboard for the future. Solid goaltending and blue-line additions should make the forwards job a little easier and give them room to develop and grow. Keeping it fun with moderate expectations for the next few years should keep the positive vibe growing in Buffalo.

That is a crazy overpay to move from 9 to 5. If you are planning to move up to grab a right d, I would say no every time. If you wanna move up because a center you like drops to 5, I would probably do it.
