No Hoffman sucks and is one dimensional. Hard pass. Mantha is a lot better than Dvorak and Habs need a top 6 winger to play with Wright

Caufield
Anderson
Hoffman
Drouin
Pitlick
Gallagher
Those are our top 9 wingers, if Mantha comes in one has to go out and if Mantha isn't coming in we're still set. They might not be top tier but without a starting goaltender Montreal won't break the bank to get a winger cause we ain't competing.

CC and Anderson are def top 6 guys. BG looks like he took a step in the wrong direction and Hoffman is one dimensional and they should trade him asap

Team's still not a winger away from being a contender as long as Price and a Weber replacement show up to the door. Trading away Dvorak would also simply put more pressure on Zuk and Wright which isn't ideal.

From what was rumoured the Pens offered him 5Mx3 and it was considered a low balling offer that he refused. I can't see us paying north of 7 million for a multi concussion aging defender.

I can say the same thing for mantha
He sucks and he actually is 1 dimensional, it's a perfect swap
Habs are also keeping Dvorak for next season in case Wright fails and goes back to junior.
Habs have Caufield, Anderson, Drouin, Hoffman, and Gallagher on the wings
They're not going to trade a center like Dvorak for yet another winger
That's nonsensical

Gotta really question if you watch hockey lol

MH
46.11cf% 46.85ff% 41.56xgf% (TERRIBLE AT DEFENSE)
Gallagher
51.44Cf% 51.20Ff% 49.61xgf%
Anderson
47.19cf% 47.11Cf% 47.32xgf%
Mantha
53.89cf% 55.47ff% 53.35xgf%

Mantha would be a massive upgrade over most of your wingers and lmfao at how dumb the “ He sucks and he actually is 1 dimensional, it's a perfect swap”. MH 41.56xgf% vs Mantha at 53.35xgf%. What a clueless statement. Mantha is pretty solid 200ft player. MH SUCKS AND IS ACTUALLY ONE DIMENSIONAL. You should learn the difference bc this was embarrassing

CC is really good but Drouin is also very average and rarely plays. 😊 good talk

Manta is one of the laziest players in the league
And everything doesn't always surround analytics , there's something called the eye test? Didn't know if you knew.
We are rebuilding, we don't need a minimal upgrade right now
No point

Lazy with a really solid xgf% and really good Cf%and ff% ? Possession and lazy don’t go hand in hand. Eye test? Sounds like you need to be hired by 90% of NHL GMs. I heard they are putting a lot of stock in the eye test lol. Yeah Nice try but Mantha is a sizable upgrade. How are you rebuilding? Besides CC and NS

Gallagher 30 6years left
Anderson 28 6years left
Hoffman 32 3 years left
Dvorak. 26. 4years left (Mantha is 27 lol)
Armia 28. 4 years left
Byron 33 2 years left
Evans 25 4 years left (26 years old in 2 weeks)
Price 34 5 years left
Allen 31 2 years left
Petry 34 4 years left
Savard 31 4 years left
Edmundson 28 3 years left

Yeah clearly rebuilding. At best retool on the fly bc your roster is old AF and all have term. Are you familiar with your teams roster? 🤨

All the years are 1 year too many, who's the one that doesn't know hockey
Gallagher might get traded, but not problem if stays
Anderson is going to stay, he's fine
Hoffman is leaving or playing a small role
Dvo is staying, need some center stability
Armia is leaving , not problem if stays, as he'd be in 4th line
Byron has 1 year left, getting traded at Deadline, might deak with long term injuries
Evans is young enough to stay in rebuild
Price is 99% retiring, dude
Allen , I think we'll trade because we can get good assets for him
Petry 100% is getting traded
Savard & Eddy would be here for d stability

You want me to do an acgm of Habs rebuilding next year, and you'll see if the lineup is rebuilding ?
Deal?

What an embarrassing franchise. Rebuilding /lottery pick 1 year going to the finals. Good luck moving all these guys with massive cap hits when they are on the down side of their careers.

Honestly based on this conversation it would be pointless for you to create one. You thought Mantha and Hoffman were equals lmfao. Have a good night

I think Kulikov is the d-man that is pushed out in MN. Merrill played all of their Playoff games, is cheaper, and was re-signed for 3 more years.
