I have no idea if either team is interested or if the value even makes sense. But I would LOVE to see trades like this actually happen in the NHL. I remember wishing for an Eichel/Lafreniere swap at the draft in 2020.

Laffy has shown moments of a star, but hasn't done it consistently. I'm not doubting him, I know he can pull it off, but he won't be as good as people thought. I think he will be a solid 2nd line option. I think the add on in Dvorak is too much based on your description of him. Chytil is a player I doubt much more than laffy, and he won't be a top 6 option. The first is also pretty late, so it isn't enough to move the needle. Wright looks like a franchise talent (not generation), a guy that can put up 90 points and 45 goals. And he will also be one of the most well rounded players in the NHL.

I don't think MTL will trade their 1st rounder this year especially with it being in MTL they have needed 1C 2C for years and years and by drafting Wright theyll finally have it. I honestly dont think LAF should come here....the media is so rough they'll tear him apart like they do drouin. I don't think NYR are ready to trade him just yet either but who knows. I also don't think LAF has shown enough to fetch the 1st overall Pick either.

DAL declines. Would rather keep our prospects.

We can give you 2nd for taking Dobby though.

No way Habs do that, maybe they di if rangers add Braden Schneider
That's a fair deal

Switch faksa for khudobin, we don't want faksa, and add a 3rd going to MTL

Weber gets more to 2nd + 4th
