Description
- cp31 knee is just rotting away by the second, consider him LTIRetired
-habs take slafkovsky third and then nemec fourth, sign both right off the jump
-this team is not looking to get better, just maintaining the status quo for one more year
-the habs have centers coming out just about every hole, shane and cooley are great and all but we need RD and LW
-please please please NJ just pick another center who cares if you already have hischer and hughes just draft cooley and be done with it please I need the winger please
-bergevin ruined this team for the next seven years, unironically some of the worst contracts in the whole league

Well this is, interesting.

I'd bury Nemec/Flaf/Poulin in Laval and let them develop. Give Nemec what Seider got, two years.

Arizona trade makes some sense if Montreal isn't insanely high on Wright but I think Seattle declines

definitely fair, I really just didn't put a lot of time into line comp, some time in laval would make sense for them.

Would hate for another Galchenyuk/KK episode. Would rather wait and have them thrive than see the struggle immediatley.

The difference between the 3OA pick and the 1stOA picks isn't the 3OA pick+2nd round pick and Barrett Hayton

I don't see the Penguins giving up their #1 forward prospect for another expensive defensemen. The Penguins currently have 5 defensemen making over 4 million a year (if they keep Letang). With Petry, that would be 6... and Petry's contract is actually 6+ million. No thanks.

Arizona isn’t giving up a C who looks like he might be turning the development corner just to replace him with another. They’ll sit tight at 3 and draft Cooley/Jiricek/nemec

We can't lose Wright & Dvorak can we? Yes we get 2 good to great players... but no team ever won the cup by getting weaker at Center. If you wanna trade the right to pick Wright or Cooley because you don't believe in them, that's ok, but you gotta take care of that other top 6 Center position before you look at improving the LW or D. You can pickup a top 6 LW a lot easier than you can pickup a top 6 Center.

Also... nobody wants Norlinder... just saying he's not tipping the scales on any trade...
