Yeah Dummied , AKA beat by a goal that shouldn’t even have counted & If he wants 4 so be it i left enough CS for him to get 4

I’m not a fan of trading Sandin. Yes, Miller is good, but he isn’t a Kawhi Leonard. He’s a pure rental. Sandin has all the tools to be a #1 d man of the future, if not at least a good #2. I don’t think this is the right move for the long term. I’d rather acquire Garland at a much, much, much cheaper price compared to this who has term and actually has produced near equally as good at 5v5 while being better defensively. The thing that sets Miller out as a major point producer is the powerplay, but who knows if he would even get #1 PP here, and if so, is the minor upgrade on the powerplay even worth it?

WSH have more use for Hathaway than Kerfoot in their bottom 6.

guarenteed rental? Also he was a 99 point player in 80 GP. on a reallly good deal. He isnt getting a solid young player, a few add ins and a 2024 late 1st round

Toronto can make round 2 and beyond. They just happened to meet TB in round 1. JT would obviously be a boost but I don't think Pysyk is better than Holl.

1. Topi is untouchable
2.Sandin is already Top 4 material

Amirov would be the only other player who would make it worth it for Vancouver but he has his health issues.

It isnt worth it for a young player who doesnt have A level potential. Sandin is good. And he is great for a package of Nylander and him for a star. But Sandin cannot be the main piece in a JT miller deal. Maybe a Chychrun deal?

I would hardly call 20 saves on 22 shots against a team that went 27-46-9 "robbing" them when it was a 3-2 game that the Leafs outshot the Devs 31-22...

As for the "Mrazek is bad but has shown he can be a good tandem goalie in previous years" statement earlier-that's a biiiiit of a stretch. Mrazek has been a below league average goaltender in 5 of the past 7 years.

And not getting us those two points helped us secure the 2nd pick in the draft

Thanks Mrazek
