I see how this benefits the Habs... But they won't trade Guhle for a winger. Organizationally he's the best hope to develop a top pair LD.

Habs counter with FLA 1st, CGY 1st and Poehling

No go. SJ needs more coming back for a 76 point 25 year old power forward. Guhle has more value than a late first.

I get it... But the Habs are not in a Win-Now place. They obviously care more about their futures than their present.

I can see Buffalo making a deal for Meier. Sabres are gonna be good next year.

This is all terrible for San Jose, my god. So hill for Reimer is the trade and sharks get the 1st for Mrazek? Still not good. WAY too much retention on Burns and Couture for terrible returns. Meier trade is terrible too.
