Description
Unfortunately Bergeron retires… not to fear. we make moves for a stronger more versatile blue line and get deeper at the same time. Still suck at center oh well. Nothing like a good old hockey trade.

Minnesota declines. Our gm isn't interested in trading dumba. Even if he were, abd he's not, this isn't a hockey trade. Dumba has way more value than this.
(DETROIT Declines, Seattle does too...)

From a Detroit perspective, I'm interested in this as a starting point. I'm guessing Yzerman would get more though, probably a pick added.

MN fan here. I’d gladly accept the deal for Dumba if you replace Matt G with a decent C/RHD prospect. but Yolande is correct, Billy G has said publicly he loves Dumba and wants to keep him. I will say though, GMs lie all the time.

First off, only two of those are hockey trades.

Second, if bergeron retires, the bruins shouldn’t trade for a single asset over the age of 23.

Third, what in the absolute f**k is that edmonton trade?

Would you bruin fans stop sending Folingo to Columbus. Columbus has no room for him with too many forwards needing ice time already and he wants to win a cup, that’s why he left Columbus in the first place, maybe he comes back and retires a blue jacket but that’s when his career is over, not now.

as a bruins fan i gotta agree here. dumba is returning a first if not more with the value. not only that there is a glaring hole on the top 4 rd. if they are going to remain competitive they cant use grz as the 3 LD and not get enough value out of dumba.

Seattle trade i wouldnt exactly write off. gourde is 30. carlo is 25. who fits the window better? on paper its a good hockey trade. idk about practicality and if seattle is really looking for another dman? but purely hypothetical i kind of think the value is fine.

Detroit deal def isnt happening, theyll get more for bert if/when they move him.

Do you just have a sticky note on your desktop you copy and paste this from for every one of these posts? They're worse than Kerfoot trades.

bruins fans dont understand that foligno left columbus and wants a chance at winning a cup. not going to a rebuild/retool scenario
