Only teams who's gonna be in playoffs competition would think to trade they're first round pick in 2023 and even then I don't think they will do except if they are desperate. NO teams who will finish on last 10 would trade they're pick because the draft of 2023 would be really good and deep. There gonna have alot more game changing prospect who could be franchise or high elite potential. Just to name Bedard, Michkov, Fantilli.

I don't see Arizona be competitive so adding Fiala and Dumba don't make sense for them. Maybe eating Dumba 6m for another teams in 3 way trade.
