Jets Decline
This trade sucks for WPG, regardless who thought of it
LHW and LHD aren’t needs
Studnicka doesn’t hold much value
The ‘23 1st will likely be late
Sure as hell not adding to Scheifele for that crap

Yeah sorry that doesn't come close to getting Mark Scheifele.

You want Scheifele try adding one of Lysell or Carlo to the deal.

Once again that offer is blown away by other teams after Scheifele.

Yes Jake is a LHW but he has shown he can play on the right side on the top line. As far as the 23 1st round pick goes after this next season Boston could start the rebuild and if they totally suck that 23 pick could be a top five pick kind of what happened with the SJ and Ottawa deal. Studnicka doesn’t hold much value you say but with a fresh start and how young he is that could change he is a wildcard. And last you don’t need another LHD but he plays in the top four so he could be flipped or someone else on your team traded.

This trade doenst make any sense for the Jets. The last thing the Jets need is more small Left shot defensemen, they have plenty of that already. If they were to trade Scheif, u would think Carlo and lysell would have to be a part of the deal or else the Jets can find a suitor elsewhere. Although terrible defensively, people are still forgetting this guy has had like 7 staright years of being a point per game player. He is one of the most consistent scorers in the NHL and is also plays the most desired position which is centre. Jets aren’t gonna trade him for that sack of ****

Why does Arizona do that? On the half chance they can move Smith for a 2nd?

Don't believe whatever those "journalists" say on that website. Their only purpose is to bait clicks for their report, that's it

Wherever he goes he's gonna be overpaid for. Will probably be like a Seth Jones situation. Overpay for a guy that's gonna play poor defense

That offer would be declined and beaten easily
None of those players are even close to being a priority for WPG.
Boston wants Scheifele… it’ll cost Carlo + Lysell + 1st… anything else and it’s a no

That'd be a great return but can't see them getting that much for Scheifele.

They wouldn’t because Don would hang up after they said they would want both Carlo and Lysell. One in the package I get it BUT two is an overpayment!!!

Yup. They are hockey bloggers, as opposed to the hockey journalists.

I was commenting on what you suggested of "Carlo, Lysell and a 1st" which would be a great return, I wasn't meaning whats proposed here is a great return cause yeah it does little for the Jets, especially have zero need for Grzelcyk.
