On a slightly related (OK, almost completely unrelated) note, "And Then There Were None" by Agatha Christie is one of the greatest (if not the greatest) mysteries/thrillers ever written.

Now, back to hockey.

What’d you expect, I don’t think anyone would’ve fallen for the good 20 game-ish stretch, now people’s thoughts of Husso are just back down to earth

You'd think that but Demko had like 60 games under him when he signed his $5M contract. Binnington had one good playoffs, and other than that he was pretty average.

Goalie contracts are the easiest to get inflated during short span of time.

This and that outburst he had on the ice earlier this year. Guy needs to seek some emotional guidance

I went and revisited the Barbashev hit on Girard.

I wouldn't be too surprised if he's getting suspended.

The hit comes from behind and Girard does not expect it at all. I think that checks the boxes for boarding.

Overall the refs were pretty dreadful tonight.

I'm assuming that means the one where he swung his stick at Kadri's head-because don't forget the outburst he had LAST year when he challenged about 5 different Sharks to a fight after getting pulled...

Toews - Makar
Byram - Manson
Johnson - Johnson

I can't believe this is still an amazing d core

Hey! Krug and Girard are both injured, pretty similar player if you ask me. Let's call it even

But, st louis, has a terrible defense atm

Leddy - Parayko
Rosen - Faulk
Mikkola - Bortuzzo

Not good

Very good article on Jaccob Slavin, whose praises I've been singing for some time. Absolutely phenomenal blue-liner, quite possibly the most underrated player in the league.

kadri had a goal and assist.

blues d looked bad but the team as a whole looked good. a couple key mistakes killed them.

everyone's aware of binnington at this point.

Kadri is neverending trash who took out a goalie. That was his big contribution.

Prior to the ENGs, Colorado had 1.8 xG. Even with them, the Blues are still 58% deserved to win on Moneypuck. The Blues outplayed them by nearly every measure you can think of.

And as for Binnington, after last night, you want to call him the biggest POS? And praise Kadri? Mmmmnokaythen.

Wanting Weegar traded isn’t the answer. It was only two years ago more than 50% of the isles fanbase wanted Devon Toews traded because he had a few brutal turnovers against Tampa.

it was incidentally contact. if you're looking for someone to blame you should look first at your own dman who steered kadri right into binnington. kadris big contribution was scoring the game tying goal and assisting on the game winning goal. he was clutch.

i agree blues played well but they choked with a couple bad plays. you're agreeing with me. blues should have won that game.

yes binnington is a ****. throwing a water bottle at a player doing an interview.. come one man. it's a **** move. binnington is his own worst enemy.

The TBL are 2 wins away from being the first team to win ten straight playoff series since the 1980-84 Islanders. That’s crazy!

Sucked to lose to them but I want to see a three-peat
